Yi An

Yi An

Dalian University of Technology, China

Prof. Yi An holds a Ph.D. and is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. His research interests include intelligent robotics, intelligent control, and artificial intelligence. He has led more than 20 research projects, including the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major science and technology special projects, and enterprise R&D projects. He has published over 80 academic papers in renowned international journals and conferences such as IEEE TIE, IEEE TVT, and Information Fusion, and has been granted more than 20 invention patents. He has received several scientific and technological awards, including the Second Prize of the Natural Science Academic Achievement Award of Liaoning Province, the Third Prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second Prize of the Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award. He has undertaken more than 10 national and university-level teaching reform projects. He was honored with the titles of "Tianchi Distinguished Professor" of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and "High-end Talent" of Dalian City.

Yunfeng Gao

Higher Education Press, China

Yunfeng Gao serves as Chief Editor of the Electronic and Electrical Branch and holds the professional rank of Associate Editor at Higher Education Press. He has long been engaged in the planning and publishing of electronic and electrical textbooks. He has participated in publishing practice projects such as the 14th Five-Year Plan textbook system construction, research and practice of textbooks for strategic emerging industries, and research on the textbook system for electrical engineering and automation. Multiple textbooks under his charge have won the National Textbook Construction Award and have been rated as national planning textbooks across multiple editions, textbooks for strategic emerging industries under the 14th Five-Year Plan for Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, and 14th Five-Year Plan textbooks of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Jingkuan Li

Shanxi University, China

Professor JingkuanLi is currently Vice‑Dean of the School of Electric Power and Architecture, Shanxi University, he is also Vice-Chairperson of the Shanxi University General Branch of the China Democratic National Construction Association. He is mainly engaged in teaching for energy and power disciplines, as well as his research focuses on low‑carbon combustion and new‑type power systems. He has presided over more than 10 provincial‑ministerial‑level projects and enterprise horizontal research projects, includingResearch on Co‑combustion of Multiple Organic Fuels andResearch on Architecture of Relay Protection Inspection System for New‑type Power Systems Based on Cloud‑Edge Collaboration, and has published over 20 academic papers.

Chunyan Ma 

Taiyuan University of Technology, China

ChunyanMa, Female, Doctor of Engineering in Motor and Electrical Appliances, Master Supervisor. Her research focuses on computer measurement and control technology, as well as new‑energy power generation and energy storage technologies. She has presided over more than 10 research projects including the Key Research and Development Program of Shanxi Province, the Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province and university‑enterprise cooperation projects. She has participated in 5 national fundamental research projects, published over 60 academic papers, and been granted 8 invention patents. She is the chief editor of three new‑form textbooks:Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology,Principle and Interface Technology of Single‑chip Microcomputer andIntroduction to Energy Electrical Engineering and Automation. She was awarded the Second Prize for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements (Science and Technology) of Shanxi Provincial Institutions of Higher Education in 2010. She received the title of Distinguished Teacher of Shanxi Province in 2020. In 2021, she served as the person‑in‑charge of the provincial offline First‑Class CoursePrinciple and Interface Technology of Single‑chip Microcomputer in Shanxi Province. In July 2025, she was honored with the title of Model Worker in Teaching of Taiyuan University of Technology. In 2014, she attended the training program 'Traditional Energy Conversion and New Energy Technologies' in Dusseldorf,Germany. In 2015, she worked as a senior visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina, USA.

Xiong Liu

Jinan University, China

Dr. Xiong Liu (Senior Member, IEEE), received the B.E. degree majored in electrical engineering and automation and M.Sc. degree majored in power electronics and electrical drive from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2013. From September 2011 to January 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Denmark. From April 2013 to December 2013, he was a Postdoc Research Fellow with the Energy Research Institute, Nanyang Technological University. From December 2013 to July 2020, he worked as a Principal Technologist in Rolls-Royce Electrical, Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. During the work in Rolls-Royce, he has led various research projects in Rolls-Royce@ NTU Corp Lab and supervised 3 Ph. D students. From September 2020 till now, he is an associate professor in the Energy and Electricity Research Center at Jinan University. In his current position, he has led various research projects including one NSFC funded project, and won the sponsorship from Major Talent Program of Guangdong Province. He has published more than 60 papers including 15 first and corresponding authored tier-1 top SCI IEEE Transactions papers, 6 patents granted in US or Europe, and a few Chinese filed patent applications pending review. He has been nominated as World’s Top 2% Scientists 4 times by Stanford and Elsevier in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024 respectively.

Shan He

Hefei University of Technology, China

Shan He (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northeast Electric Power University, Jilin, China, in 2015, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark, in 2022. From 2022 to 2025, he worked as a Postdoc with Department of Energy, Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark. In 2021, he was a Visiting Researcher with RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany. In 2023, he was a Research Associate with Kiel University, Kiel, Germany. In 2025, he was a Visiting Researcher with Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. He is currently a Full Professor with School of Electric Engineering and Automation, Hefei University of Technology, China. His research interests include renewable energy integration, energy storage, and nuclear fusion. Dr. He was the recipient of Nordic Energy Challenge Award, Future Digileader Award, IES-SYPA Award, and PCMP Best Reviewer Award. He served as Guest Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Guest Managing Editor for International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, Associate Editor for Q1 Journals Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems and Engineered Science.

Haitao Sun

Taiyuan University of Technology, China

Haitao Sun (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electromechanical engineering from Ghent University, Ghent, Belgium, in 2016 and 2020, respectively. He is now an Associate Professor with Taiyuan University of Technology. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Michigan State University, MI, USA, from 2024 to 2026. His research interests include electrical drives, power electronics on various inverter types, and electrical machines.

Taoming Wang

Tsinghua University, China

Taoming Wang was born in Shanxi, China, in 1993. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Shaanxi University of Technology, Hanzhong, China, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Taiyuan, China, in 2018. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2024. From 2024 to 2025, he was an Engineer with AVIC Shaanxi Aero Electric Co., Ltd., Xi'an. Since late 2025, he has been a Postdoctoral Researcher with Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His research interests include predictive control for power electronics and electric drives, and FPGA-based digital controller implementations.

Chunqiang Liu

Xidian University Hangzhou Institute of Technology, China

Chunqiang Liu received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2021. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Hangzhou Institute of Technology, Xidian University. His research interests include advanced control theory and applications for electrical drives. He serves as a member of the Youth Work Committee of the China Power Supply Society, a Senior Member of the China Electrotechnical Society, and a Young Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering (CJEE). He has been selected as a Hangzhou Class C High-Level Talent and has been consecutively listed among the CNKI National Highly Cited Scholars Top 5% since 2024. He has led one Young Scientists Fund project (Category C) of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one open project of a national key laboratory, and five industry-commissioned projects.

Qianhao Sun

Beijing Jiaotong University, China

Qianhao Sun is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing Jiaotong University. He has served as the principal investigator for two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one sub‑project of the National Key Research and Development Program, and more than ten industry‑funded scientific and technological projects in collaboration with State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, and other enterprises. He has published over 50 papers, been granted more than 30 patents, contributed to one monograph, and participated in the drafting of two IEEE standards. He has also delivered numerous invited presentations at academic conferences. He has been selected for the Beijing "High‑Growth Plan" Young Talent Lifting Program, the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) Young Talent Lifting Program, the CNKI Top 5% Highly Cited Scholars, and the "Young Elite" Program of Beijing Jiaotong University. He has received six awards, including the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Electrotechnical Society in 2025 (ranked third) and the IET ACDC Young Scholar Award in 2026.

Ke Yang

Wuhan University of Technology, China

Ke Yang is a Specially Appointed Professor at the School of New Energy and Electrical Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology. He received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University in 2021 and 2026, respectively. His research interests include dynamic modeling and stability analysis of modern power systems, as well as applications of artificial intelligence in power systems. He has eight papers published or accepted in leading international journals, including Nature Communications. He also serves as a reviewer for leading international and domestic journals, including IEEE TPWRS, IEEE TPWRD, IEEE TCAS-II, and Proceedings of the CSEE.

Yuanyi Chen

Nanjing Normal University, China

Yuanyi Chen is an Associate Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering, Nanjing Normal University. His research interests cover coupled power-transportation networks, vehicle-grid integration, electric vehicle aggregators, and electricity markets. He obtained his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2020 and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2025. In 2024, he worked as a visiting Ph.D. student at Nanyang Technological University. To date, he has published over 20 SCI/EI papers, one English monograph and six invention patents, with 280 citations and an h-index of 9. He presides over two research projects and participates in eight government-funded and enterprise-sponsored projects. He currently serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member of Smart Power.

Yixing Ding

Nanjing Tech University, China

Dr. Yixing Ding is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Nanjing Tech University and a postdoctoral fellow at Xi'an Jiaotong University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University in 2022. She has served as Principal Investigator for multiple horizontal and vertical research projects, including the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and State Grid technology projects. She has published over 10 SCI/EI papers, filed 20 invention patents, and been granted 7 patents. Her academic honors include Highly Influential Paper awards from Proceedings of the CSEE and Power System Technology, the F5000 Top-level Academic Paper, as well as recognitions for high-PCSI, highly cited, and highly downloaded papers. Her research interests focus on energy storage configuration and dispatch, and integrated energy system optimization with electricity-hydrogen coupling.

Jiahao Wang

North China Electric Power University, China

Jiahao Wang, Ph.D., is a lecturer. He is the member of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, China Electrotechnical Society, IEEE, and IEC TC8 JWG10 "Distributed energy resources connection with the grid" international standard working group. In recent years, he has been engaged in research on new power system operation and control, microgrid and integrated energy. He has led 4 national and provincial projects, and participated in 11 national and provincial projects. He has published more than 30 SCI/EI papers and obtained 25 national invention patents. His works has won the second prize of Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Progress Award and been recognized as an excellent simulation solution typical case by the China Industrial Cooperation Association. As a core member, he participated in the writing of 2 IEEE international standards. He serves as a reviewer for several authoritative journals in the energy and power fields, including IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy and Applied Energy.
